DESIGN FEATURES

• CASING :
  Centreline Mounted casing supported by heavy duty baseplate to carry nozzle load confirming to API 610 requiremnt. Pressure Casing designed for MAWP 50BAR with 3 MM corrossion allowance & 300 rating RF flange.
• IMPELLER :
  High efficiency low npshr closed type with wearing ring on both side .
• COUPLING :
  All metal disc-o-flex type coupling as per API 671 with adequate service factor.
• MECHANICAL SEAL :
  Single cartidge mechanical seal, dual cartidge mechanical seal with back to back & face to face and tandem arrangement. API plans available: 02, 11, 13, 21, 23a, 23b, 31, 32, 52, 53a, 53b, 53c, 54, 64, 65, 72, 74, 75, 76
• BEARING ARRANGEMENT :
  7 sets of bearing housing covering total range of product with inter-changeable design made of carbon steel with alternate cooling arrangemnet. Bearing housing is provided with fins for maximum heat radiation and designed with oversized bearings to achieve minimum noise and vibration as per API norms.
• SHAFT :
  Over sized shaft with minimum deflection to improve life of rotating assembly.
• LYBRINTH SEAL :
  Non sparking type metallic seal for longivity on both side of housing. Lubrication: ring oil type supported by constant oil leveler.
