DESIGN FEATURES

• BOWL CASING :
  Perfectly machined adequate thickness bowl to withstand hydraulic pressure of 150% of MAWP and profiled guide vanes for maximum efficiency.
• IMPELLER :
  Designed to achieve maximum efficiency in mixed flow and axial flow type. Static and Dynamically balanced impeller for better performance and smooth running.
• DISCHARGE HEAD :
  Heavy constructed with integral discharge elbow contains a stuffing box and gland for water lubrication pump. In oil lubrication pump it houses a tension nipple and gland nut.
• COLUMN PIPE ASSEMBLY :
  Column pipe , shaft and intermediate bearing housing designed to ensure torque load and dynamic load of pump. As per IS specification with standard length of 3 mtrs for intermediate pipe and 1.5 mtrs for top and bottom column pipe.
• PRE-LUBRICATION :
  Tank for water lubrication, pre-lubricated tanks are available with pipe connection and cock before starting the pump for first priming.
• SPECIAL FEATURES :
  • Our Vertical Turbine pump is operated by installing the 1st stage bowl below the water level and therefore works at low npsha.
  • Various constructions available for different liquid.
  • Since head developed by adding impeller therefore reduce inventory cost of the plant.
  • Vertical canned pumps are also available against specific enquiries.
