Horizontal Nonclog Pump consist of comprehensive 15 models with six group of bearing bracket to meet the standard requirement of our customer with minimum inventory of spares. High efficient pump with solid handling capacity in suspension. Most of the models are available in both direction of rotation to drive with diesel engine & motor. Pumps are also designed for vertical dry pit application with suction at bottom and supported by a stool. Performance are maintained with stable H-Q rising curve and ensure smooth working in parallel operation.

DESIGN FEATURES

  • Casing :
    CASING Single stage, volute casing of robust construction with extra thickness to withstand abrassive action of sewage & slurry in various metallurgy. Casing consist inspection cover & drain plug for easy cleaning & maintenance.
  • Impeller :
    Closed type, shrouded two vane, non clog, single entry impeller to handle particle in suspension. Semi open Impellers are also compatible on the casing. Impellers are balanced to ensure longer life.
  • Bearing & Lubrication :
    The rigid shaft is supported by adequate size two nos. ball bearing at driving end & one number angular contact ball bearing at non driving end to withstand the torque develop due to pumping out thickened sludge and solid particles. General lubrication is grease, however oil lubrication system are also available
  • Stuffing Box :
    The stuffing box has been designed to adopt both gland packing as well as mechanical seal of reputed manufacturer. Seal can be supplied with external cooling & external flushing system.
