VGM type Rotary gear pump has been manufactured for handling viscous liquids like Crude oil, LDO, HSD, lube oil, molasses, soap water, syrup, coal tar, varnish, paint, lyes etc. The pump consist in-built relief value to by- pass the transported liquids and adjustment of discharge pressure. These pumps are manufactured under strict Q.A.P. approved by leading engineering concerns, govt sectors, third party agencies.

INSTRUCTION FOR PROPER SELECTION

Flow rate is directly proportional to rpm.
Input power given considering viscosity of Fluid 8 to 10°E viscosity
Motor H. P. should be chosen with a margin of 30 to 50% of input power.
Limitation of speed
Max 1500 rpm – HSD/LDO/LUB Oil/VEG Oil Etc.
Max 1000 rpm – denser lubricating oil, Soap etc.
Max 750 rpm – molasses, syrup, F,O. LSHD. etc.
Max 500 rpm – Tar, lyes etc.
VGMO to VGM-4 – Screwed end.
VGM-4M to VGM-11 – Flanged end.
